According to the motto “Classic Cars meet Jazz” the DAVOS CLASSIC 2008 takes place during the annual Davos International Jazz Days from 9th until 13th July 2008.
Europe’s highest located town Davos is an ideal start point for touristic driving on the most exciting Alpine routes and through the upper Rhine valley. The DAVOS CLASSIC participants can explore the beautiful landscape and some of the best routes of Switzerland with their Classics without the pressure of a pure competitive event. In the evenings traditional New Orleans Jazz and Dixie music is offered in numerous concerts all over the town.
The region around Davos provides a great number of panoramic passes with partially challenging bended stretches, which build an ideal scenery your classic masterpiece on three or four wheels. Moreover, not only the drivers, but also the passengers will enjoy the cultural and culinary delights of this event.
